You can find way to eat health between your meal if you feel hungry, and you can totally eat those snacks without to culpabilise! What you eat between meals matters more than you think. These choices boost metabolism and help you lose weight fast.
BUBBLE TEA: MY RECIPE
- 1/4 cup dried boba tapioca pearls per serving (You can find boba at almost any Asian grocery store or online, it's around 3-4$ and you can make almost 8 bubble teas with one package)
- 2 spoons of honey
- 1 tea (up to you, personally I drink green tea and made my boba with these one)
- 2 spoons of sugar free
- 1 cup of water
Firstly, measure 2 cups of water for every 1/4 cup of boba being prepared into a saucepan. Bring the water to a boil over high heat. Add the boba and stir gently until they begin floating to the top of the water. Turn the heat to medium and cook the boba for 10 to 12 minutes. Prepare a cup of your favorite tea. Once the boba have finished cooking, drain them from the water and transfer them to a small bowl or container. Pour the honey over top until the boba are submerged. Let sit until the boba are room temperature, at least 15 minutes, or refrigerate until ready to use. And make the bubble tea: Pour the prepared tea into a tall glass and add the boba. Add milk for a creamy bubble tea, juice for a fruity tea or a smoothie you made.
Peanut butter tartine
1 slide of whole wheal bread 1/2 banana 2 spoon of peanut butter Cinnamon
smoothie banana strawberries
1/2 cup almond milk 1/2 cup chopped strawberries 2 tablespoons Greek yoghurt 1 teaspoon honey 1/2 teaspoon Vanilla coffee
Place all ingredients in a blender and mix.

Home made ice cream
2 cups of blueberries / strawberries / raspberries / kiwi... Up to you to use your favorite fruit! 2 tablespoons of honey 2 cups of Greek yoghurt with vanilla
Mix the fruits. Pour the liquid into a large bowl then incorporate the honey. Gently add the yoghurt and mix. Pour the mixture into your sorbet molds and add the sticks. Leave in the freezer for 6 hours.
