I love desserts! And I wanted to find a way to eat my sweet after my meal and not feel ballooning or guilty! Those recipes are in harmonie and you can allow it!

crumble apple pie and blueberries

4 sliced pple 
1 cup blueberries
1 lemon
2 tablespoons flour
1/2 cup sugar
1 tablespoon cinnamon
4 tablespoons butter
1/2 cup oats
1 cup Pecans
a pinch of salt.

Preheat oven to 190 ° C. Prepare your mold. In a bowl, sprinkle your apple slices with the lemon juice and add the sugar, flour and cinnamon. Then add the blueberries and mix well. Add your preparation to your pan. In a bowl, combine the oatmeal, walnuts, cinnamon, salt and butter and mix. Leave to bake for 40 minutes.
